To request an analysis for your business please also download and complete the Request for Analysis document, and the Customer Registration Form (if you are a new client) using the download links below. This step helps you to precisely define the analyses that you need peformed on your samples, and all necessary business information.
You can also find a list of sample acceptance criteria and one of sampling representativeness criteria for all types of samples and of analyses in the Sample Conditions of Acceptance document.
